Flying Saucers for sale later this year

I'm not as convinced as the brainchild of the flying saucer, but this guy seems to think that cars may be obsolete in the future and we will soon be commuting in personal hover-crafts that go up to 300 miles per hour. I have to say, it would be pretty cool - but I just don't think that we're ready for a "Star Wars" sort of world.
