I love our yard.  Everyday I discover new flowers and plants that I don't remember seeing before.  When we lived at Matt & Joy's house, we had a vegetable garden that was fabulous, but since living at my parents' house many moons ago, I haven't had a flower garden (or yard).  Here is a sample of what is in bloom right now. 

Patrick recently gave Jon and I this candle and it's really cool.  Listen closely and you'll hear the wonderful sound of a crackling fireplace - all because of the funky wick. 

We also got some beautiful flowers from my work that smell so good.  I wish there was a way to upload smells to Vox.  But until that technology is invented, a picture will have to suffice.

We had some difficulty with the tomatoes early on, but they are definitely coming around.

And we have some really pretty flowers.  We can't keep them in our house, because our cat, Zulu, goes after them - so it's fabulous that they are in bloom outside!
