It's official - Denver weather is bipolar

I've always known that the weather here in Denver is a bit crazy - but this past month has been especially so. For two days, it'll be in the 60s or 70s and then the next two days, it'll be cold and snowy. The most extreme of this is happening now. Monday and Tuesday of this week, it was over 80 degrees and sunny - absolutely beautiful! Today...

You just never know what to expect here, and I guess I'm okay with that. Especially, since I know that in a day or two, it'll be back up in the 70s with blue sky and sunshine.

Finally...a winter wonderland.

Just when you want winter to be officially over, Mother Nature decides to dump more snow on Minneapolis than I've seen in a long time. Since my return from Playa, I've definitely been wishing for Spring, but I have to say, it's quite beautiful outside.

I'd really like to be using snowshoes, cross-country skis or downhill skis to get around right now.

But, since I live in Minnesota and we don't seem to get snow anymore, I guess I'll have to stick to my good ol' hiking shoes as my favorite mode of transport.
